Adding a second admin in the XPLORA GO app is quickly done. Just follow the steps below, but keep in mind that every admin can delete other admins. So make sure that the person you want to assign as second admin is absolutely trustworthy!
- The person you want to add as second admin needs to download and install the XPLORA GO app:
- After installing the app and creating a new user account, you have two options:
- you can add the designated admin's contact manually through the contact menu of the XPLORA GO app
- OR - - The designated admins scans the QR-Code on the screen of the XPLORA GO. You can access the QR-Code through the settings menu of the XPLORA GO device.
After scanning the code, the first admin needs to confirm the contact request through his/her app. Please mind that the administrator cannot be added as a contact before scanning the code.
- you can add the designated admin's contact manually through the contact menu of the XPLORA GO app
- Once the new user has been added as a contact, he/she can be assigned admin rights through the contact menu of the app:
In the contacts menu, select the contact that you want to grant admin right (in this example, 'Mommy'):
Press "Set contact as guardian" and confirm by pressing "Save changes".
Once done, the first admin has the same access level as the first admin.
